BEANS: I am not suppose to be arguing with you guys. Everyone loves me.

POTATOES: Na audio love, no be all of them dey eat you.

BEANS: I am already the king with or without a crown, na me be number one for this Unit, my face show, my shoe shine, my teeth white.

RICE: Must we even argue about this? Everyone loves me, any function or party you go to, it's me you will see there, if I'm not there that means the party never dey sup be that. Children loves me, adult loves me. Some families can't go two days without cooking me. No cap I am the king of all foods.

YAM: You that people can't buy, you are calling yourself king.

POTATOES: See kettle calling pot black. You wey dey talk, people fit buy you? Eh yam answer me?

YAM: Potatoes I no get your time. As I was saying, people love me because I can be prepared in different ways; boiled, pottage, fried and when pounded I am the king of all swallows with egusi sitting next to me as my queen.

Popular media personality Ifedayo Olarinde (Daddy Freeze) sparked debate after claiming that men should ej*****te 21 times per month to lower their risk of prostate cancer. He made the statement during a livestream with Caterefe, saying, “I won’t encourage ma********on, but if a man doesn’t ej*****te up to 21 times monthly, he could be setting himself up for possible prostate cancer.”

The claim quickly went viral on social media, drawing mixed reactions:

Critics emphasized that there is no medical prescription for a set number of ej*******ons, warning that oversimplifying research spreads misinformation.

Supporters referenced studies, such as a 2016 Harvard study of over 32,000 men, which found that men who ej*****ted frequently (around 21 times a month or more) had a 20–31% lower risk of prostate cancer compared to those ej*******ng 4–7 times a month. They stressed this is correlation, not a guarantee, and other factors like age, genetics, lifestyle, and diet play a larger role.

FRIED RICE Recipe:

Ingredients:

🌹3 cups raw rice
🌹2 cups chicken or any preferred meat stock
🌹2 tbsp curry powder
🌹2 seasoning cubes
🌹1 tbsp thyme
🌹Garlic
🌹1 medium sized onion
🌹Vegetable oil
🌹 Carrots
🌹Green beans
🌹Coloured bell peppers (chopped)
🌹Kidney beans
🌹Sweet corn
🌹Peas
🌹Liver

PROCEDURE:

🌹 Wash liver thoroughly and dice

🌹 Place diced liver in a pot, season properly, steam and set aside

🌹 Soak rice in hot boiled water for about 15 minutes, rinse and sieve out the water

🌹 Boil rice in chicken stock

🌹 Add curry, seasoning cube, salt, thyme etc

🌹 Cook rice until done (it shouldn't be soggy)

NB: Best way to make your fried rice is to fry your rice in batches

🌹 Divide rice into three batches, divide veggies into three batches and also divide steamed liver into three batches

1ST BATCH:

🌹 Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a large pan

🌹 Add garlic, ginger and chopped onion

🌹 Fry to translucent

🌹 Add carrots, green beans, sweet corn, kidney beans

🌹 Stir and add the bell peppers and liver

🌹 Stir fry for about 2 minutes

🌹 Add the first batch of rice and stir to incorporate

🌹 Stir together again

CONTINUE THE PROCESS ABOVE UNTIL RICE AND VEGETABLES ARE EXHAUSTED
