Schiacciata is artisanal Tuscan Italian flat bread with different toppings, traditionally baked and eaten for breakfast, lunch and dinner in homes all over Italy. We have schiacciata in the morning with our coffee, for lunch at school, on the beach, in the snow, for aperitivo and in every bread basket at the dinner table.
