Check your spam folder, especially if you are a new c

ustomer. If it’s not there check ‘orders’ on your account and ensure you have completed the checkout process fully. When can I expect my order? Please check our delivery schedule which is updated monthly http://www.abigail.dk/information.php?info_id=6 You will receive an e mail from us prior to attendance with a date and a time slot. The date and/or time slot isn’t convenient - what should I do? Contact us via telephone us to let us know asap. We can then re-arrange a convenient time to deliver. Yes you can from Boxit in Nørresundby or Sulsted. Please let us know when you order you would like to collect and from which location and we will telephone you to arrange a convenient time when your order is ready. The delivery charge will be deducted from your final invoice. How can I pay? Payment is on delivery. We accept Dankort, mobile pay, cash and MasterCard. You will find payment details on the bottom of your invoice. Where do you deliver to? We deliver to private homes, pubs, restaurants and business premises all over Denmark, except for unconnected islands. Can you send my order by post? Yes we can by prior arrangement, please telephone us for details or note in the comments on your order you would like it posted. We will send you an invoice with postage beforehand. However we cannot send frozen or chilled items or glass bottles. One of my usual items is out of stock on the website - can I still order it? Yes you can, let us know when you order by leaving a note in the comments box what you would like and if we receive it in the meantime, we will add it to your order. Does your delivery driver take precautions with regards to Covid-19? Yes he does. The payment machine is sanitised after every transaction. If you are concerned about Covid-19 you may wish to use mobile pay as that is contact free. Why can’t I pay on the website? Payment is on delivery (see above).

When we originally planned the routes for March, many customers thought that Easter was still a long way off. As a result, we are planning an extra trip round Jutland before the Easter holiday starts

Due to circumstances outside our control, we might be unable to deliver some of the frozen items on orders placed before...

Due to circumstances outside our control, we might be unable to deliver some of the frozen items on orders placed before Monday 2nd February. This is the unavoidable result of a malfunction in our freezer container.

At the end of January we rearranged some deliveries to allow new stock to arrive from the UK. This meant that we had 8 or 9 days without going down to our store. When we did……catastrophe ! At an unknown time our large freezer container, holding the bulk of our frozen items, had closed itself down and everything was thawed out. As we didn’t know when it had happened we were forced to dump everything……approximately 2 tons ! The only frozen goods we had left were stored in our chest freezers in the packing hall. New stock has been ordered but it will take several weeks before arriving.

On the positive side, we have 2 pallets of assorted frozen items that were already on their way when this happened. They are scheduled to arrive this week. We will upload on the net as soon as they arrive.

CHRISTMAS DELIVERIES

As previously advertised on our ”DELIVERY DATES IN YOUR AREA” page, we will be delivering constantly through the whole of December up to Christmas. As usual, we will be taking one area at a time.

ALL orders placed before our advertised deadline on the 4th December will be delivered before Christmas. Notification of your delivery day and time will be sent to your email address at least 1 day before delivery.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM BOX as many of our notifications are being filtered out as spam.

Due to the large number of orders, deliveries can be from first thing in the morning until late evening. If you know that there will not be anybody home during the day, it would help greatly if you could arrange e.g. for a friend, or neighbour to receive your order.

As a small company, Christmas stretches our limited resources to the maximum. As a result, we are unable to personally answer all the e-mails, sms, and phone calls that are flooding in. For information about delivery dates please refer to the paragraphs above.

LAST DAY FOR PLACING CHRISTMAS ORDERS.
Today, Thursday 4th December is our cut-off date for Christmas orders where we guarantee delivery in time for Christmas.

We cannot guarantee pre-Christmas delivery of any orders placed after midnight tonight.

As usual, deliveries will be made, one area at a time, through the remaining weeks up until the big day. Please note that we cannot schedule all deliveries for the evenings and weekends, and many deliveries will therefore be during the day. If you find that you will not be home during the day, at the time allotted for your delivery, it would be very helpful if you could maybe arrange delivery to a neighbour, friend, or other alternative delivery place.
Delivery dates and times will be sent by e-mail.
