Moving our project to Monferrato we focused on traditional method sparkling wines from native grape varieties to express this great terroir through our sparkling style. Our Blanc de Blancs from Cortese grapes has now spent 16 months sur lies and gained a wonderful aroma of citruses, flowers, bread crust and nuts. We paired it with the most iconic product of our land, the Alba white truffle, which perfectly blended with the complexity of this Brut Nature creating an unforgettable experience.

My personal expression of Grignolino, my favourite wine, the taste of my land. I tried to enhance every aspect of its character to pay a tribute to this great wine. For now just a few bottles but hopefully, many more in the future. Yes, I know... the appellation is not correct, indeed, as long as it is not commercial, I call it the way I want 😉

We are glad (but also a bit sad) to announce that there are really a few bottles of Blanc de Noirs and Rosè left from vintage 2021 which will also be our last vintage produced in Israel!
