Lovely write up on the three Project 5255 wines in the by including my 2024 Cabernet Franc.

Wine and Hot Sauce!

I was super excited to open this parcel this afternoon- inside was a bounty of tobasco products in my .bytabasco prize bag, I can't wait to taste them all.

Being named on the 2023 Tobasco Hot List for "Services to Wine" was an absolute pleasure. Featured on a list of incredibly talented chefd, bakers, farmers, butchers, fishmongers, and craftsman, it's a proud moment!
