Noe started working at High Desert Milk 8 years ago, before he even knew English. But he came in ready to work hard and learn as much as he could, and that's exactly what he's done! 😎
Today, Noe plays a huge role in running the butter room. He's now fluent in English, he became a U/S citizen and is currently earning a certificate to become a plant manager, all while taking accounting classes AND working full time! 😲
He's worked in different areas of the butter room over the years, but now he's at the churn which is the heart of the operation! (pictured above) "I really enjoy getting to see how it all runs and making sure that we're making the best product possible!"
If you know Noe, you know how kind and hardworking he is. He's always ready to lend a hand and do things the right way, all with a smile on his face!

Despite everything Noe's accomplished, He's always giving credit to his family as well as the people at High Desert who gave him this opportunity.
