Shore Pourfection was thrilled and honored to be part of The Mayor's Ball in Sea Bright, NJ. Renting out all three of our bars for such a prestigious event was truly surreal and personally meaningful for many reasons.

Mayor Brian Kelly and I share a long history—years ago, I was his nanny for his daughter, and I also briefly worked for him at Sea Bright Solar. Seeing him in a very different, but equally bright, circumstance was genuinely special.

During the event walk-through, I also had the pleasure of reconnecting with Frank, a former mentor and the AD at my college. It was a proud moment for me to be in the company of such esteemed professionals, now as a business owner myself. I had to pinch myself a couple times to ensure it all felt real.

A heartfelt thank you to Lynn Shapiro for believing in me and giving me this incredible opportunity to showcase our bars alongside such wonderful people.

And a big thank you to Josh at New Day Construction for building me a beautiful new bar—it's perfect!

This weekend, we celebrated love with dark treats and sweet moments under the midnight moon at The Winding Woods Venue in Clayton, NJ. The bride and groom, Lucia and Luis, were an absolute pleasure to work with from day one. Their Gothic wedding theme truly captivated me—I've always loved a good theme!

Guests enjoyed a delicious array of sweet and savory snacks, including mozzarella shaped into a ghost, black truffle garlic cheese cut into spooky bat shapes, Oreo macaroons, grapes, homemade fudge, chocolate dipped strawberries, salami hand-rolled into elegant roses, and, of course, Reese’s Pieces peanut butter cups—just to name a few.

Everything came together beautifully, and despite the rough weather, they danced in the rain and made the most of the day. It was truly delicious magical celebration of love.

Shore Pourfection had a fantastic weekend! We kicked things off at our longtime client's house Jimmy and his amazing group of friends in Point Pleasant, New Jersey, for their Annual Memorial Day party. Sherri was behind the bar, serving up some incredible drinks, while Nicole was busy in the kitchen lending a helping hand overseeing the delicious food, and despite the weather turning out to be a washout, my amazing girls showed up, kept smiling, and made the best of the day!

Shore Pourfection had an amazing time at Fun Bags Co****le in Toms River, NJ, during the GTRCC’s annual Co****le Tournament. It was almost impossible to concentrate on tossing bags with the mouthwatering aroma of fresh, hot waffles wafting from our waffle bar!

Guests loved creating their own personalized trays topped with all their favorites—fresh bananas, vanilla ice cream, strawberries, rainbow sprinkles, blueberries, peanut butter, Nutella, and much more.

The teachers enjoyed delicious refreshments prepared by me, including a Virgin Bourbon Peach 🍑Iced Tea and a Mint 🍃Julep. Made with all homemade ingredients. 🥰
