Heads-up to everyone in the events industry:

Please be cautious when dealing with Francis Pasardan.

He used the name of RyanCabs Services to book a customer’s event for July 10–11 and collected a ₱17,000 down payment for the two-day event. However, RyanCabs Services did not receive any of the payment.

The matter only came to the company’s attention when the customer visited the RyanCabs Services office to request an official receipt. It was then discovered that no payment had been remitted to the company. It was also found that a contract between the customer and RyanCabs Services had been prepared without the company’s knowledge or authorization.

For everyone’s protection, we encourage clients and fellow suppliers to always verify bookings, payments, and official representatives directly with the company before making any transactions.

Thank you & God bless
