For those who don’t know me, my name is Shereen. I’m an Egyptian-born chef, mom, and the founder of Delicious by Shereen — a nonprofit catering company built on a simple idea: that food has the power to bring people together, no matter where they come from. ❤️
Since 2016, our team of talented immigrant and refugee women has been cooking authentic Mediterranean & Middle Eastern meals for the Triad community — from weddings and fundraisers to corporate lunches and family celebrations. Every dish we prepare carries the flavors of home and is made with love, purpose, and intention.
I’m excited to share that we are now offering two new ways to experience Delicious:
🍳 COOKING CLASSES — Want to learn how to make koshary, stuffed grape leaves, baklava, or your own fresh fattoush? Gather your friends, your team, or your family for a hands-on cooking experience. Perfect for date nights, team building, birthday parties, and anyone who wants to bring new flavors into their kitchen!
👩‍🍳 PRIVATE CHEF EXPERIENCES — Let us come to you. Whether it’s an intimate dinner party, a special occasion, or a weeknight where you just want something extraordinary, our chefs will prepare a custom multi-course meal in your home using fresh, authentic recipes passed down through generations.
