Ochre is an aged spirit that is double distilled in an Alembic still on the Mornington Peninsula from Chardonnay grapes. Whilst using the French methodology for distilling our spirit, we have also been able to pioneer certain techniques in the process to ensure our spirit is truly unique and beyond doubt, revolutionary. Our approach to every step in the process has been meticulously handcrafted an

d controlled by only two master distillers, the result is a rare, innovative and uniquely Australian spirit. A limited 2015 release is available exclusively at our cellar door from March 2015, visit us for a journey from vineyard to glass.
