Le Beaujolais Nouveau est arrivé!

Yet again these beautiful bottles have arrived with the story of a new vintage. A fresh one, and according to Sylvère Richard from Séléné, also one of his bests!
Besides from Séléné we yet again have Nouveau from .oedipoda and .
Get your Gamay fix around town on Thursday, or reach out to us if you still haven't ordered for your restaurant/bar/shop. We have a handful left with no name on them.

We're very honored to be featured in Camilla Gjerdes book "Trailblazers", which features different approaches to sustainability in the wine world. 

One of the chapters is designated to describing our thoughts about delivering bottles on bicycles, and other chapters are featuring great producers such as Katie Worobeck (Maison Maenad, Jura) as well as other importers such as our wine import colleague Rosforth (who took initiative to the transport by sailboat with ).

Come celebrate the release of the book today at from 17h-19h, were you can also buy a book and get it signed by Camilla. The book is also now for sale at !

These days we're sending out the allocations of Bastian Wolbers (or just Bast among friends) 2023 reds and 2022 whites! ⚡⚡⚡

It's now been 6 years since we met Basti for the first time in Baden (with his brother Christoph from Wasenhaus), and what a voyage Basti has made in those years! After interning at guys like Jean-Marc Dreyer, Ganevat and Jean-Yves Bizot, he decided to settle more permanently in Burgundy. 

Basti's first wines were made with grapes from friends (farmed organically bien sûr!) alongside his work, but vineyards have been taking over gradually, and since 2022 he is 100% dedicated to his own project. The domaine is now farming 3,2hectares, and Basti is putting in a tremendous amount of work into the fields to produce the wines of his dreams: Tillage by horses, bidodiversity, high trellising etc. The cellar work is very hands off, 

The wines have quickly been highly demanded with a good reason: They're utterly delicious with a great nerve!  We can't image how far Basti can go with this project with everything he puts into it, but we're sure looking forward to both these vintages and the ones to come! ✨

The sail ship Tres Hombres has arrived in Copenhagen and was yesterday unloaded.
This Wednesday, together with our friends from , we'll be opening the different cuvées that arrived on the boat for you to taste!

We'll be tasting the arrivals from:
- Clos du Rouge Gorge / Cyril Fhal
- Mazière / Fabrice Monnin
- Sensa Pressa / Marius Long
- La Bancale / Bastian Baillet

Tres Hombres is at Knipps Kaj (next to Knippelsbro on the Christianshavns side), and the tasting will be from 11h-14h (or until bottles are empty).
