Today we received a fresh delivery of compost and seeds from the Department of Agriculture because every great harvest starts with a little dirt and a lot of hope.

Now the real work begins... turning compost into crops and tiny seeds into big dreams!

We had the honour of hosting a group of visitors from Eswatini who were brought by the Department of Fisheries and Forestry to learn about smart climate agriculture through our aquaponics system.

The tour was led by Thuli Mapaile, who shared insightful knowledge on sustainable and innovative farming practices. The visitors were fully engaged, listening attentively and asking questions throughout the tour, clearly captivated by the possibilities of aquaponics in addressing climate change and food security.

It was a truly inspiring moment of learning, interaction, and cross-border knowledge sharing towards a more sustainable future.

From January 27–31, this incredible program—powered by Conservation International and Peace Parks Foundation —focused on restoring grasslands, protecting wildlife, and improving lives through sustainable livestock management.
