The menu was a beautiful fusion of bougie meets tradition with a touch of that braai-inspired comfort 🔥

* a hearty savoury rice packed with mince and spinach
* brown and white pap
* soft steamed bread
* wholesome mogodu (a personal fav)
* wors fresh off the grill
* chicken infused with sweetcorn, peppadews and finished with fragrant sprigs of thyme.
* chakalaka
* roasted veggies
* hasselback butternut with cinnamon, honey, bacon and feta cheese.
* and a refreshing lentil salad.

Starters

Saturday was just perfect 👌🏾 I truly think it was our best Lunch & Bubbly yet.

The venue and its breathtaking views were incredible, the weather was perfect… I really couldn’t have asked for more. God Almighty knew exactly what He was doing when it rained all week leading up to the event. I was honestly praying for sunshine, but on the day there was no rain, no harsh sun just the most beautiful, calm weather. It worked out so perfectly. Even with the activities we participated in, the ground was dry, so there was no mud, no slipping and no falling. Everything just flowed beautifully.

We started things off with a beautiful spread: French loaves topped with ham and smoked salmon cream cheese, finished with cured meats and delicious toppings. We also had cocktail sausages, sausage rolls, crackers with tasty spreads and refreshing cucumber bites topped with tuna.

Just a beautiful day filled with joy, laughter and grace.

Throwback to one of those beautiful private chef evenings 👩🏽‍🍳

An intimate night filled with love, where a husband simply chose to appreciate his wife. No special occasion, just love in its purest form 🥹❤️

I even stepped a little out of my comfort zone with the décor, definitely not my usual lane, but I did my best to bring the vision to life and make it fit the moment.

Moments like these are truly special to be a part of. Thank you to my clients for trusting me with such a meaningful experience 🙏🏽

Whoa… time really does fly.

Who remembers when we hosted a sandwich naming competition back in the day? The submissions came pouring in, ideas were flying, and the excitement was real. After the voting and elimination process, we finally crowned a winner 🏆

A special shout-out to Mr. Ntuli, who gave us the winning name: DMC Delight.

Soon after, orders started rolling in. everyone wanted a taste of the DMC Delight!

Looking back, it’s moments like these that remind us how far we’ve come.
