For Ivin Kamanga, a healthy business starts with strong teams. People who understand where they are going, feel supported along the way and know that their contribution matters.

Since stepping into the role of HR Officer in May 2022, Ivin has focused on creating a positive employee experience while balancing the needs of our people with those of the business.
A key part of her work has been strengthening recruitment, helping to maintain strong workplace policies and compliance, supporting a fair, responsible and positive working environment. Ivin also works closely with managers across Produce Hub on workforce planning, training and performance management. Clear communication, strong relationships and shared accountability are central to her approach.
This season, employee engagement is a key focus. Through team building and engagement surveys, Ivin is helping to create more opportunities to listen to our people, understand what is working and identify where we can improve.
Looking ahead, she is excited about developing succession planning and structured mentorship programmes that will help our people grow, prepare future leaders and build capability across the business.
