VEGADO offered a Broiler Basic Production Course at Lovedale Tvet College, Alice Campus. The one day training course was attended by the interns, learners and lectures who are involved on the broiler project collaboration between these two institutions. This paves a way forward towards the partnership which will see to it that the farmers are benefiting together with the learners. VEGADO will continue to provide a wide range of short courses including vegetable, livestock and business management course that will equip the farmers and learners

We are looking for strictly AGRISETA accredited and registered training facilitators x 17 in the following areas and towns. Alice, Animal north, Bizana, Butterworth, Idutywa, KWT, Lady Frere, Libiode, Lusikisiki, Matatiele, Mount Fletcher, Ngcobo, PSJ, Queenstown, Strerkspruit, Umtata and Willowvale. The subject of your email should indicate the area or town of your preference.

Training Programme: Plant Production NQF LEVEL 1-3 and Mixed Farning Systems NQF LEVEL 1-2 (Both are learnership Programme) Theory 30% and Practical is 70%

Requirements:
1. National Diploma or Degree in Agriculture/Animal/Crop Production/Agricultural Management
2. CV with the latest certified certificates
3. AGRISETA Assessor Certificate (highly recommended)
4. IsiXhosa language is a prerequisite
5. Experience in facilitation on short skills and learneship programmes are key

The facilitators should be willing to relocate and be familiar with the remote rural setup.
