The idea of opening a micro brewery came when we realized that there is a need for locally produced handmade beer in the Kakamas and surrounding areas. Kakamas is a rather small town situated in the Northern Cape of South Africa close to the famous Augrabies Falls. Our mission is to produce exceptional premium ha

ndcrafted beer. With experience in wine making, knowledge of the science of fermentation and only using premium malt, hops, yeast and water with no additives or preservatives you are sure to enjoy one of our beers. We aim to produce beer which is true to its traditional styles such as American and Belgian Ales to cater for a wide variety of tastes and to introduce beer drinkers to real craft beer with loads of flavours and aromas that makes for pleasurable drinking.
