New and existing suppliers can register online, update company details, upload supporting documents, receive RFQs, submit quotations and upload invoices—all through one secure platform.

Today, we profile Sithembile Ngubane from Process and Quality at Siza Water, whose approach to her work is driven by a simple but important principle – getting it right the first time.

As we continue our Women of Impact series, Siza Water celebrates the women whose resilience, positivity and determination create a lasting impact every day.

Today, we profile Lethu Xulu, who works in the Control Room at Siza Water, and whose story is one of faith, personal growth and the strength to keep moving forward despite life’s challenges.

Lethu draws motivation from her faith in God, the growth she sees in different areas of her life and the positive people she surrounds herself with. She also strives to be a source of encouragement and positivity to those around her.

“My scars motivate me too. They remind me of the challenges I have overcome, the strength I have gained, and the person I have become through every experience.”

For Lethu, those experiences remind her of her resilience, growth, and courage. Rather than letting difficult circumstances define her, she uses them as motivation to keep moving forward.

Through her own journey, Lethu hopes to inspire others to recognise that the challenges they face today do not determine what their future can become.

“Where you are today does not determine where you can be tomorrow.”

She believes that with faith, resilience, determination, and the willingness to keep going, we can overcome challenges and keep growing into the people we aspire to become.

Today, we profile Thulisile Promise Mthiyane, Process Controller at Siza Water, who has proudly dedicated many years to helping keep operations running safely and effectively.

For Thulisile, being a woman in the water industry is an opportunity to demonstrate that consistency, precision and resilience have no gender. Every shift is another opportunity to prove that women belong in control rooms, in leadership and wherever important decisions are made.

“Every shift I work proves that women belong in control rooms, in leadership, and in every space where decisions are made.”

Thulisile hopes to leave behind a legacy of competence, courage and possibility. She wants to be remembered as someone who approached her work with excellence and integrity, while showing the next generation of women that experience, ability and dedication matter more than gender.

💙 Women of Impact | Every Role. Every Voice. Every Impact.

This Women’s Month, Siza Water continues to celebrate the women whose resilience, determination and passion create a lasting impact every day.

Today, we profile Gugu Bhengu, Junior Accountant at Siza Water, whose journey has been shaped by a passion for numbers, problem-solving and a willingness to embrace new opportunities.

Gugu began her career as a bookkeeper before progressing to Junior Accountant. Along the way, she discovered a passion for procurement, where she enjoys the challenges of negotiation, finding solutions and making things happen.

Her greatest motivation, however, comes from her children. Having experienced personal loss from a young age, Gugu’s journey has taught her the importance of resilience and perseverance.

“I want my children to see that, no matter what life puts in your way, you can keep going, work hard and create a better future.”

Gugu hopes to be remembered as someone who was always willing to help, find solutions and make things happen. She also hopes her journey encourages other women to believe in themselves, embrace opportunities and never be afraid to step into new spaces.

“My own journey has taught me that sometimes things don’t happen when we expect them to, but God’s timing is always perfect. Sometimes your true calling is found along the way.”

For Gugu, Women’s Month is about recognising the strength, resilience and contributions of women, while understanding the power women have to uplift and empower one another.

She believes empowerment means having the confidence to use your voice, take up space, pursue opportunities and help another woman along her journey. When women are empowered to grow and thrive, the impact reaches far beyond the individual – strengthening families, workplaces and communities.

A R25-millon reservoir expansion project is underway in Sheffield as Siza Water moves to strengthen water security with continued residential and commercial growth in the area.

The Taffeni Reservoir Expansion Project will add a new 2.5ML reservoir, increasing the site’s total storage capacity from 5ML to 7.5ML.

Today, we profile Chenelle Coopusamy, Process & Quality Manager at Siza Water, whose work is driven by the understanding that getting even the smallest things right can make a meaningful difference to people, communities and the environment.

After years in the water industry, Chenelle continues to embrace the challenges of improving processes, maintaining quality and finding solutions when things don’t go according to plan. She is equally motivated by the people around her – sharing knowledge, supporting others and helping her colleagues grow.

“Doing my job well means knowing that I have contributed to something that truly matters.”

Chenelle hopes to leave an impact that extends beyond processes and systems. She wants to contribute to a culture of quality, accountability and continuous improvement, while empowering those around her to grow and succeed.
