Tenders are hereby invited for the REALIGNMENT OF 250mm HDPE PUMP LINE – ELALENI ECO-ESTATE, SHEFFIELD BEACH, within the KwaDukuza Local Municipality.
The minimum specifications are detailed in the Tender Document.
Tenderers should be registered and have a CIDB contractor grading designation of 3CE or HIGHER and appropriate experience in water pipelines.
Joint ventures or potentially emerging enterprises that satisfy the criteria stated in the tender data are eligible to tender.
A compulsory site inspection for prospective tenderers will be held punctually at 11:00 am, 09 June 2026, at Siza Water Offices before proceeding to the site. The Certificate of Tenderer’s Visit to Site shall be signed on site. Technical enquiries should be addressed to

Completed tender documents are to be placed in a sealed envelope marked: REALIGNMENT OF 250mm HDPE PUMP LINE – ELALENI ECO-ESTATE, SHEFFIELD BEACH Contract No.: 8055 and must be deposited in the Tender Box at Siza Water (Suite 1-4, Reypark House, Rey’s Place, Avondale, Ballito, 4420) not later than 12h:00 (19 June 2026).
Siza Water will not be held responsible for any tenders delivered by courier services. The procedure for evaluating responsive Tender Offers will be Method 2 (Functionality, Price, and Preference), with the 80/20 or 90/10 Preference Point System. Tenderers must score a minimum of 70/100 points on quality to be considered.
