OH MY GOUACHE!
A gouache workshop on harnessing the power of pareidolia.

Pareidolia is the psyche’s natural tendency to see shapes or make pictures out of randomness, such as when one sees images in clouds. In this workshop you will learn how to harness that tendency and use it to paint an intuitive landscape, with guidance from Kurt.

• Where: Good Green Earth, Bathurst, Cnr of Trappes and York Roads.
• Date and Time: 06 September, 12pm to 2pm.
• Cost: R250 for the workshop and R300 if you’d like a snack platter (by Chef Marcelle). ALL MATERIALS PROVIDED.
• No previous experience necessary. Beginners to advanced welcome.
• The workshop is approximately two hours long, including breaks for drying times and snacks. There are places within a few metres to buy something to drink, but feel free to bring your own coffee, tea, juice or whatever, if you prefer.
• Please BOOK IN ADVANCE to reserve your place and so that we know how many people to cater for in terms of food and materials.
