Just an update this morning, the team managed to pull a few cows and calves through by putting them in the store with red heating lamps and grass bedding.
Some still did not make it, total loss this morning is standing at 4 cows and14 calves 😪

Thank you for everybody's messages .🙏🙏🙏

Going through face book we realise that we are not alone, lots of farmers lost various amounts of animals .
We sympathize with all our fellow farmers who also lost animals to the extreme weather.

Stronger we will rise and overcome this setback to our studs genetic loss and farm.
