My plating is not yet good
But I'll be working on that
This is the best dish
Who thought a pie and sweet potato could compliment each other? 😁😁😁
Below is the recipe
Start with the dough so that it gets enough time to cool down in the fridge
Hot and Spicy Beef Pie served with Sweet Potato

1 tablespoon of vinegar
¼ cup of water 💧
|(Method)|
•Sift all the dry ingredients in a bowl
•Add your cooking oil then mix
•Add your vinegar and your water
•Mix them together
•Now your dough will look crumbly, worry not, just work it with your hands
•Cover the dough with a plastic
•Let it rest for 30 minutes
[For the Sweet Potato]

Sweet potatoes 🍠

•Add your spices and peri peri
•Add your chicken stork and let is simmer

[Final Preps]
•Heat your oven to 175°C (this really depends on your stove, mine is slow; you can heat to 150°C if yours is working properly)
•Take out the dough from the fridge
•Divide it into 6-8 equal pieces
•Roll them out into squares
•Put your mince filling to each pieces
•Close it up
•In a small bowl, add 1 egg and 4 tablespoons of milk and whisk
