Nothing Beats Fresh Baked on the Farm
There’s just something special about baking sourdough with a starter — it is like a little kitchen pet with a whole lot of personality!

This morning, the farm kitchen smelled like heaven as this golden loaf came out of the oven. Crispy crust, soft tangy center, and all made with flour, water, salt, and time.
From soil to starter to slice — this is slow living at its best.

Exciting day on the farm as we start digging to lay down new irrigation lines! 🌱💧 We're working hard to ensure our crops get the right amount of water all year long. It's a big task, but it’s all worth it for better yields and more efficient watering. 💪
