For Kobus Burger, Brangus wasn’t just a choice — it was the result of thorough research, careful planning and a belief in what truly works. In 2016, he started his journey with just eight Brangus heifers and one very special bull — a bull he still credits as a corner

stone of his stud’s success. Kobus was drawn to the Brangus breed for its hardiness, adaptability, fertility and calm temperament — traits that combine the best of Brahman and Angus genetics.
