WE’RE HIRING – BLOUBERGSTRAND
TLC Pantry is looking for a bright, friendly and reliable all-rounder to join our team on an initial casual basis, with the potential for a permanent position as our business grows.
We are looking for someone who is preferably a baker, or someone with a strong interest in baking and a willingness to learn and be trained.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident, well-spoken and enjoys working with both food production and customers.
What the role may involve:
✅ Assisting with baking, cleaning and production
✅ Serving customers
✅ Helping convert walk-in customers into sales
✅ Assisting with orders and front-of-shop duties
✅ Supporting future growth, including possible sit-down service and meal preparation
What we’re looking for:
Bright and presentable
Good verbal and customer service skills
Reliable and eager to learn
Comfortable working in both the kitchen and front of shop
An all-rounder who can grow with the business
