It’s time for the olive oil to be chemically tested to make sure it in indeed “Extra Virgin”. Free fatty acid level must be below 0.8% and peroxide value under 20. This is like exam time for olive farmers 🫒🫒😂🤣 It tasted and smells marvelous making us think we will pass with flying colours.
