We pride ourselves in bringing premium wines to life! Alcohol sales are prohibited to individuals under the age of 18.

Villion Family Wines focus on the production of premium wines. This means that vineyards are selected for specific contributions to create wines of International distinction. Selection criteria include age of the vineyards, sustainable and nature friendly production methods, limited yields, high altitude sites, clone differences and close proximity to the ocean. Villion Family Wines does not limit itself to use fruit only from a specific ward, but actually use the strengths of fruit from different wards, in creating unique styles of wine.

BOLDLY BOT RIVER.

The Cabernet Franc 2021 begins with paprika and red berries before moving into subtle dark chocolate and a long, composed finish.

Hand-picked and made in small batches, it was given the space to develop with a minimalistic w**emaking signature.

That restraint matters. What remains in the glass is confident, savoury and distinctly Bot River.

The Syrah 2020 is no longer only a story about the fruit that came into the cellar.

Plum and raspberry meet violets and white pepper, while time has softened the edges and drawn the w**e into a more settled, savoury expression.

That is the privilege of a vintage with time on its side: what was picked remains important, but what the w**e has become matters just as much.

𝗕𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰 𝗱𝗲 𝗹’𝗔𝘁𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗲 2024 is a white blend with 𝗩𝗜𝗢𝗚𝗡𝗜𝗘𝗥 𝗔𝗧 𝗜𝗧𝗦 𝗛𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗧.

Ripe peach and apricot unfold into sweet aniseed and marmalade, giving the w**e generosity and breadth while the Cape South Coast keeps the finish lifted.

A w**e that carries its warmth beautifully.

Old vines have a way of making you pay attention - Old Vine Project

The 𝗦𝗮𝘂𝘃𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗼𝗻 𝗕𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰 2024 comes from Bot River old-vine heritage fruit and takes a distinctly Villion route: wooded and unfiltered, with kiwi, naartjie peel, rose petal and white peach.

It retains the lift expected from 𝗦𝗮𝘂𝘃𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗼𝗻 𝗕𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰, but the old vines and cellar approach give it greater dimension through the palate.

A familiar variety with a far less familiar voice.

SUBTLE STRENGTH.

Ripe raspberry.
Crushed pomegranate.
Cherry sherbet.
Early-morning fynbos, sweet ginger and a quiet earthy note.

Lively on entry, with a distinctly South African thread of rooibos carrying through the palate.
