ing large quantities of de-mineralised water, or water of low TDS (50 mg/L and below) has been found to deplete the organism of physiologically important macro-minerals such as calcium and magnesium, and of trace elements such as selenium. Unurthed™ is particularly rich in calcium and magnesium, as well as trace elements (including selenium), which are important in selenoproteins. Many brands of bottled water are produced by de-mineralising fresh water and then adding minerals for desirable taste. It is important to note that no trace elements are added in prepared waters.
