COMPETITION RULES (Digital Campaign)
1. This promotional competition (“Competition”) is organised by The South African Breweries (Proprietary) Limited (“the Promoter”) and is open to all persons of 18 years or older and resident in South Africa, except the employees and their immediate families of Promoters, Promoters’ advertising and promotion agencies, associated companies, and outlet owners and staff.
2. These rules may be amended by notification at any time during the validity period of the promotional giveaway and will be interpreted by Promoter only. Participation by all consumers (“Participants”) constitutes acceptance of these rules.
3. To qualify to enter the competition participants will need to like The South African Breweries on Facebook or follow The South African Breweries on Twitter
4. Winners are selected via a random draw.
5. Participants are permitted to take part in this Competition as many times as they wish during the Promotional Period.
6. The prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for their cash value.
7. Promoters may make media announcements/publications of the names/photographs of the Winners, provided that any Winner may expressly elect to decline this. Promoters reserve the right to carry out audits in respect of any Winner/s to verify their eligibility.
8. All Participants and Winners indemnify Promoters, its respective associated companies (directors, officers and employees) and agents, against any/all claims for any loss or damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise, arising from any cause whatsoever connected to or arising out of their participation in any way in this promotional giveaway.
