The Agricultural Produce Agents Council (APAC) handed over Fidelity Fund Certificates to seven newly registered Fresh Produce Agents appointed to operate at the Mpumalanga International FoodMarket. This, after their successful completion of APAC’s online training programme that started with a 3-day induction in July last year in Mbombela.
The programme equipped the Agents with essential knowledge on commission-based fresh produce market operations, while promoting compliance, professionalism, accountability, and ethical conduct within the sector.
APAC remains committed to strengthening governance and supporting the growth of transparent and efficient fresh produce markets across South Africa.
