You had the option of purchasing from Woolworths, but you chose to place your order with me, and I prepared the cake according to the order that was placed.

We are open to constructive feedback and I'm happy to improve where necessary, but l also Model expect our work and business to be addressed with respect.

July was the month of scones and muffins.

One of the biggest lessons I've learned this year as a baker is to never rely on just one skill. Learn different skills so that when one department is quiet, another can still bring in an income.

This is something I always tell my students: take as many courses as you can. Invest in yourself and keep learning because every skill has the potential to pay your bills.

Even though July was quiet for cake orders, my scones and muffins kept me going, and I still made enough to cover my bills.
Never stop learning. Your next skill could become your next source of income.
