Hi all,

Just a little update on my recovery….

The surgery was a little more complex than originally expected and post surgery complications were a bit traumatic to say the least, but I’m ok now.

I have been resting as much as possible and was able to come out of my sling on Friday, and now the hard work begins. I now have the long and painful process of physio therapy to regain the use and range of my arm and shoulder and then I can start to re-build strength.

Unfortunately the recovery process is anything from 6-12 months until I have full functionality and strength back, so it is unlikely that I will be putting on any baking gloves before December.

I will keep you posted if that changes.

Hi Alice B friends and family,

I have been putting off this announcement, hoping that I could avoid it but it seems I can’t 😩

Unfortunately I have to undergo shoulder surgery again, and will do so on 15th July.

This means that I have to put all of my baking on hold for a few months whilst I recover, and I am unable to take any new orders on until then.

If you have any catering requirements meanwhile, do let me know so I can refer you to someone else.

I will keep you posted on my recovery and expected return.
