The Recipe:
50ml Royal Falcon Whisky
25ml Fresh lemon juice
15ml Simple syrup
1 Egg white (for the foam)
Dash of aromatic bitters
The Method:
Add all ingredients to a shaker without ice.
Shake well to create the foam.
Add ice and shake again until cold.
Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with a dash of bitters.
