Our next evet : featuring 🍷

Blank Bottle is the project that shouldn’t work on paper — one winemaker, no vineyards of his own, sourcing single-parcel lots from nearly 70 sites across the Cape. Pieter Walser calls himself a “winemaker without a winery,” and he means it literally.

Every label he designs himself, and on purpose there’s no varietal or blend info printed on any of them — he wants you to judge the wine on what’s in the glass, not what’s written on the outside.

Saturday 25 July we’re bringing him to The Clubhouse.
