Spring is here 🌺🥂

Saturday we’re celebrating it with a pop 🍾

Sparkling from DaschBosch W**es and Windfall Boutique W**e's poured through the day. Oysters, nougat, pastries and mochi ice cream to pair alongside. Sparkling rooibos cocktails from Two In A Bush. Platform Coffee handling the caffeine.

Live music out in Sunshine, we hope. Come as you are — taste, relax and enjoy.

We’re a w**e club snobs won’t join.* 🍷

*Snobs are, of course, welcome. Everyone is. That’s sort of the point.

Cape Town W**e Club started in 2018 with a simple idea: w**e is better when nobody’s performing. No portfolio to push, no producer to protect, no pedestal to stand on. Just the people who make it, the people who drink it, and a room where every question is a good question.

We meet monthly at The Clubhouse in Woodstock — plus pop-up bars during the week, tastings, and the odd festival.

Our next evet : featuring **ery 🍷

Blank Bottle is the project that shouldn’t work on paper — one w**emaker, no vineyards of his own, sourcing single-parcel lots from nearly 70 sites across the Cape. Pieter Walser calls himself a “w**emaker without a w**ery,” and he means it literally.

Every label he designs himself, and on purpose there’s no varietal or blend info printed on any of them — he wants you to judge the w**e on what’s in the glass, not what’s written on the outside.

Saturday 25 July we’re bringing him to The Clubhouse.
