🌟 Starting with the classics, we have the Mediterranean Pork & Couscous Salad - Grilled Mediterranean seasoned Pork Cubes, served with a salad of Couscous, Feta Cheese, Sundried Tomatoes, Cucumber, Red Onion & a Fresh Herb Dressing. 🥗 And let's not forget the lekker Lamb Skewers with Flatbreads & Salsa - tender lamb skewers, freshly baked flatbreads, and a tangy corn & tomato salsa. 🌯

1. Crumbed Halloumi Salad: Pan fried until golden brown, served with baby spinach, roast butternut & red onions, drizzled in a Basil Pesto Sauce.

2. Warm Lentil & Couscous Salad: Cooked Brown Lentils, cooked with peppers & chopped brinjals, dressed in a light olive oil dressing.

Wednesday Delivery: 22 March 2023

3. Stuffed Mushroom Stack: Brinjals, olives, baby spinach & peppers, sandwiched between 2 brown mushrooms grilled/baked until soft. Served with a fresh cucumber & tomato salsa.

4. Zucchini & Potato Gratin: Thinly sliced Zucchini & Potato, layered in a fragrant cream, topped with Mozzarella Cheese, baked until soft & golden.
