🍋🧄 Easy One-Tray Lemon Garlic Hake Bake
A fuss-free, flavour-packed dinner — minimal prep, minimal washing up!

Place hake in a baking tray.
Add baby tomatoes, sliced red onion, garlic, lemon slices, olive oil, salt, pepper & dried herbs.
Bake at 180°C for 12–15 minutes until just flaky.
Finish with fresh parsley and an extra squeeze of lemon.
