We’ve created a hot cross bun inspired cocktail, perfect for Easter. We wanted to play around and try something different, and it works so well with our Añejo. Warm spice, a touch of sweetness, and a smooth, creamy finish. Definitely one to try!
Hot Cross Bun Cocktail
Ingredients:
– 40ml La Tierra Agave Añejo
– 20ml Baileys
– 15ml vanilla syrup
– 20ml cream
– 1 egg white
– 2 dashes bitters
– Cinnamon + nutmeg
Method:
Add everything to a shaker. Dry shake first, then shake again with ice. Fine strain into a coupe glass.
Lightly dust the top with cinnamon and nutmeg.
To create the cross, place two thin strips over the foam in a cross shape, dust over, then carefully remove them. Enjoy!
