Balsamic Glazed Steak Tips & Roasted Veggies Sheet Pan Dinner

Serves: 4
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes

INGREDIENTS

For the Steak
500g goulash
ΒΌ cup balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Β½ teaspoon ground black pepper

For the Vegetables
500g baby potatoes, halved
1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
1 medium red pepper, cut into chunks
1 medium green pepper, cut into chunks
1 medium red onion, cut into wedges
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

In a mixing bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, honey, Dijon mustard, and black pepper. Add steak tips and toss to coat. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 4 hours.
Preheat oven to 220Β°C
In a large bowl, toss potatoes, asparagus, peppers, and red onion with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Arrange marinated steak on one side of a large sheet pan. Spread vegetables on the other side in a single layer.
Roast for 10 minutes. Remove from oven, flip steak, and stir vegetables.
Return to oven and roast for 10–15 minutes more, until steak reaches desired doneness and vegetables are tender.
Let steak rest for 3–5 minutes, then serve hot with roasted vegetables.

πŸ“ Ingredients :

For the Fish
4 white fish fillets
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Β½ tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp salt
Β½ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp chopped parsley

For the French Fries
Air fry fries bag

For the Garden Salad
1 cup lettuce, chopped
1 cucumber, sliced
2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
Β½ onion, thinly sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste

For the Creamy Herb Sauce
Β½ cup mayonnaise
ΒΌ cup Greek yogurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tsp dried dill
1 garlic clove, minced
Salt and pepper to taste

🍽️ How to Make It :

1️⃣ Season the Fish
Coat fish fillets with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper
2️⃣ Cook the Fries
Air fry potatoes until golden and crispy. Season with paprika and salt for the best fries.
3️⃣ Pan-Sear the Fish
Cook fish fillets in a hot skillet for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and flaky.
4️⃣ Make the Herb Sauce
