Riaan ensures that we have sufficient stock and raw materials in place for the demands of our production line. From lables to packaging and everything In between rests on Schalla’s shoulders. He has been associated with the company since the very beginning.

JAMIE OLIVER’s STEAK 🥩 MARINADE
1/3 cup Soy Sauce
1/2 cup Olive Oil
1-2 Tablespoons crushed Garlic
3 Tablespoons Dried Basil
1 Teaspoon black Pepper
1/4 cup Lemon Juice
1/2 cup Worcestershire Sauce
1-2 Tablespoons of dried Parsley
Mix ingredients together and marinade your steak in this sauce for 3-4 hours prior to cooking
