It’s utterly and impressively delicious! This Radicchio Orange Salad is for you if you’ve ever felt completely satisfied after eating a simple salad. And if you get to the end of the plate knowing you’re about to drink the vinaigrette, then this recipe is definitely for you.

Juicy every time ✨

Simple oven-baked chicken breast with a quick garlic butter pan sauce idea.

Season the chicken with spices, a drizzle of oil, and bake until juicy. Don’t forget to keep the pan juices for serving.

Serve with your favorite side. Mine is roasted orange-flesh sweet potato — I always keep some in the fridge for easy meal prep.

While the chicken rests, I like to make a quick pan sauce in the same pan (2–3 minutes): garlic, butter, and a splash of liquid. Just a simple extra if you feel like it.

Some recipes just stay.
This lentils & dumplings has been made more times than I can count — slightly different every time, depending on what’s in the fridge… and somehow always just as good.
