Premium: A fusion of the Coratina, Leccino, Frantoio and Mission olive variants. Intense, fresh and rounded green fruit aromas on the nose with hints of apple and artichoke.

Mission: Mild Olive Flavour. The Mission variety extra virgin olive oil is mild and gentle with finely balanced grassy, herbaceous aromas and flavours.

Multi Varietal: A Blend of: FRANTOIO, LECCINO & MISSION. Medium Olive Flavour. This fusion of three varietals olive oils has a full fruit character rounded with delicate herbaceous and spicy flavours.

Frantoio: Intense Olive Flavour. The Frantoio variety oil is renowned for its robust fruitiness and full herbaceous aroma and flavour. The spiciness indicates freshness and superb quality.
