🌱 Every little bit helps our farm grow! 💚

A huge thank you to everyone who has already supported our BackaBuddy campaign — your kindness is already making a difference! 🙏🏽

We’ve started working on our food forest and propagation station where we can teach children about seeds, propagating their own seedlings, growing their own food, and the importance of caring for our environment. 🌿🌱

If you can, please like, share, repost or donate — every bit of support goes a long way. The different pieces of our farm all work hand in hand, and together, we can make it possible! 💚

Thank you for helping us continue to grow food, minds and communities. 🌱

🌱 Our most organic smiles of the week! 💚

Freshly harvested, freshly happy! It’s moments like these that remind us that Neighbourhood Farm grows so much more than vegetables — we grow **food, friendships and community.** 🥕🌿

🌱🥕 Big love to Charl from Wild Organics! 💚

It’s always a beautiful day when Charl pops in! 😄 We love seeing our fresh organic veggies go straight from the farm into his beautiful veggie boxes.

Thank you, Charl, for all the support and love over the years. We really appreciate you being part of the Neighbourhood Farm family! 🌿🙌

Here’s to good food, good people and keeping it fresh, local and organic! 🥬🍅💚

Summer is showing off at Neighbourhood Farm! 🌱☀️

Our organic veggies are looking **fresher, greener and more vibrant than ever** — grown with care, harvested by hand and washed fresh from the garden. 🥬❤️ From crisp leafy greens to beautiful bright radishes, this is what real, locally grown food looks like.

Every harvest represents the hard work of our incredible farm team and our commitment to growing **healthy, organic food for our community**.

🌿 Grown locally.
🥬 Grown organically.
💚 Grown with purpose.

Here’s to a summer filled with fresh food, healthy gardens and plenty more beautiful harvests!

Whenever I am in the Cape, I host a workshop at Neighbourhood Farm . It is a wonderful organic garden right in the middle of Fish Hoek serving a wide community. The fresh juices at their café are legendary.

There are still a couple of places for this workshop next week if you are keen to learn about edible weeds and uncultivated food. I will bring some interesting wild pickles to taste and you can stock up on familiar vegetables at the same time.

🌱 A BIG THANK YOU to Kelpak South Africa! 🌱

Once again, we’re incredibly grateful to Kelpak South Africa for their generous donation of their wonderful liquid fertilizer to Neighbourhood Farm. 🙏🏽💚

Your continued support means so much to us and helps us keep growing healthy, organic produce for our community. We’re already seeing the difference in the garden, and we can’t wait to keep sharing the results with you! 🌿🥬🍅

Thank you for believing in what we do and for growing with us. 🌱💚

Together, we grow!
