Seasons Peaches are SO good at the moment - so we used them to create a salad with fresh tomato + bocconcini + basil oil + fresh basil … served up with house made focaccia .

It’s been a good week .
All the Tiramisu sold out in a flash .
The team have managed to produce an epic amount of lunches & meals without our main lady Miriam (heroines!)
We’ve got new produce in store.
I’ve had to spend more hours at work but it’s meant connecting with all our amazing customers - to whom I am most grateful (& the best part of this business really .)
Today it’s Saturday .
Our deli table is laden with fresh breads & bakes . Our freezers are fully stocked with a cornucopia of dinner meal options.
The coffee machine is on & the tunes are playing….
