Ingredients
1 egg
200 - 300g Marie Biscuits
250g Stork Baking Margarine
500g Icing Sugar
70ml Cocoa Powder
Splash of Vanilla

Directions
Sift your cocoa powder and icing sugar together.
Roughly crush the Marie Biscuits
Melt the margarine over medium heat on the stove.
Once margarine is melted, remove pot from heat.
Add mix in your icing and cocoa. The mixture will look crumbly.
Beat the egg and pour into mthe ixture while stirring. The crumbly mixture will turn into a smooth mixture.
Add a splash of vanilla.
Add the crushed biscuit and mix until it’s all covered by the gooey chocolate mixture.
Pour the mixture in and flatten the surface.
Place the bowl into the fridge to set, once set cut into little squares and enjoy
