Last Thursday, Ambrosia Catering served 80 guests at Constantia Catholic Church for a beautiful funeral service.

On days of remembrance, food becomes more than something served on a table. It becomes a small comfort, a gentle pause, and a way for family and friends to gather, reflect, and feel cared for.

Our team prepared a delicious assortment of 12 platters, including salmon roses on seed loaf, salmon topped with pickled cucumber, fish cakes, camembert and green fig preserve on potato rostis, mini beef wellingtons with garlic aioli, and roasted butternut and feta tarts with onion marmalade.

Beautifully prepared, thoughtfully served, and made with care for a meaningful gathering.
