Another Happy Client!✨
An evening of beautifully served, flavourful dishes and desserts.

Last night, Ambrosia Catering had the pleasure of catering a private Laser Logistics home event in Rondebosch for 20 guests — an intimate evening filled with beautifully presented finger food and plenty of flavour.

The menu moved from smoked chicken crostini with caramelised red apple and teriyaki beef bao buns, to seafood salad cups, mini Boeuf Bourguignon, Thai green chicken curry tasting spoons and crisp Asian butternut & coconut triangles.

And for something sweet? Vanilla pannacotta with berry topping and decadent chocolate brownie squares. 🍓✨

Two days of deliciousness, served airport-side. ✈️🍴

Yesterday and today, we had the pleasure of catering for the staff of Hertz Rent A Car at Cape Town International Airport, with a generous spread of platters and comforting hot lunches designed to make the working day taste considerably better.

Our hot lunches brought all the cosy, satisfying flavours our guests love from chicken, red pepper & caramelised onion lasagne, layered and bubbling with savoury richness, served alongside a crisp garden salad tossed with feta, cucumber, rosa tomatoes, onions, herbed croutons, peppadews and avo, finished with creamy Caesar dressing. A helping of roasted vegetables completed the plate with a little golden, caramelised goodness.

And then, of course, there was dessert…

🍫 Decadent chocolate brownie squares — deeply chocolatey and wonderfully indulgent.
🍮 Mini caramel mint tartlets — buttery, creamy and just the right touch of minty sweetness.
🍋 Cocktail lemon meringue pies — bright, tangy lemon beneath clouds of sweet meringue.

This past Saturday, the Ambrosia Catering team had the honour of catering a gorgeous Baby Shower breakfast for 20 ladies in Camps Bay. It was a relaxed morning filled with celebration, laughter and something deliciously divine to satisfy a craving worthy of any mom-to-be. 💕🥐

The breakfast table featured berry smoothies, delicate smoked salmon roses on seed loaf rounds, mini croissants with rocket, mozzarella & sun-dried tomatoes, yoghurt and fresh fruit parfaits with honey, cocktail mushroom & spring onion quiches, assorted mini muffins, cocktail Danishes and colourful fresh fruit skewers. 🥐🍓🥂

Fresh, pretty and wonderfully suited to a very special baby shower celebration. 💕
