Beautiful food has a way of turning an occasion into something memorable. ✨

We bring an elegant sense of occasion to every luncheon, with generous seasonal menus, refined presentation, and delicious, freshly prepared food that invites guests to linger a little longer, savour the occasion and enjoy a splendid time together.

Picture a delicious menu of tender pan-fried beef fillet with green peppercorn sauce and mushrooms, chicken breast filled with wild mushrooms and finished with a fragrant tarragon jus, served alongside glazed baby carrots, Tenderstem broccoli and golden roast potatoes. Add a vibrant summer salad of avocado, feta, olives, roasted seeds, tomato, cucumber and red pepper, dressed with a bright lemon vinaigrette, and the table comes beautifully to life.

End on a sweet note with a traditional South African rich Malva pudding with caramelised orange and silky vanilla custard — warm, indulgent and wonderfully comforting.

Upon arrival, guests can enjoy oysters shucked fresh, drizzled lightly with a dash of lemon and a whisper of Tabasco. 🦪

Elegant trays served with seared tuna in poppyseed cornets, courgette fritters crowned with smoked trout, and panko prawns with a dip too divine to describe. Crayfish tails sizzling over the perfect braai — their buttery sabayon glaze filling the air with a delicious scent.

And because no feast is complete without a touch of indulgence, we ended on sweet notes — little glasses of tiramisu, crème brûlée spoons, and berry cheesecake shots that made hearts (and spoons) happy. 🍓✨
