At Jartaskraal the farm grass and coverage is now 30% better than in 2009 at our purchase, and our present crop of Wagyu/Angus
24 month old naturally grown out beef ( on wild and feral grasses only- no pasture and no irrigation - and very limited oats hay feed

and the approx time of the cattle coming up for auction. We used modern methods of veld management such as Savery to
redevelop our sward with quite exceptional results and I would say that no one in the West Cape has better natural grass than we do.
This is the Beef product and brand we set out to create in 2011. It is now a brand (albeit small) but with well respected and
trusted attributes, excellent flavours and incredibly healthy; attributes entirely as I planned, strategised and marketed starting out over a decade ago.
