Rugby Saturday is here, and it’s another big one.

Springboks vs All Blacks. Two sides with plenty of history, plenty of rivalry, and plenty of supporters who’ll be gathered around screens (and braais) for this one. 🇿🇦🇳🇿

For the menu, we’re putting our Springbok & Karoo Lamb Boerewors Flavour forward. Get it onto the coals before kick-off, give it a good cook, and have it ready to go when everyone starts looking for something to eat.

Our Springbok & Karoo Lamb Boerewors Flavour is something a little different from the usual. You get that distinctive Springbok flavour alongside the richness of Karoo lamb, seasoned and made into a wors that’s very easy to find an excuse to braai.

Give it steady heat, turn it as it colours and, most importantly, don’t pierce the casing. You want all that flavour and moisture staying inside the wors, not disappearing into the fire.

You've made roast chicken, but have you made rooibos-smoked honey-basted chicken? Just a reminder that our free range birds are of the highest quality.

Rooibos tea is as South African as it gets. We marinated a whole chicken in cold rooibos tea and used dried tea to lightly smoke it.
