Guests can expect to find the Makers Market happening every weekend featuring artisan market and gifting items- notably 10 December 2022, Makers Landing turns 2 years old, and they will be holding an Incubator Showcase. Excitingly, there will also be FREE public live demos with Chef Siphokazi Mdlankomo and Sadie at 11:00am and 12:30pm, respectively.

For Craft Beer Lovers, the Dockside Beer Experience is back for two days as it coincides with the Festive Makers Market making it a family-friendly day at the harbourside. This will include a variety of food and drink merchants.

Makers Landing will open daily for the festive market from 15-23 December at 10:00 am, where they offer eats, beats, brews and harbour views, and you bring yourself!

Multi-award winning singer-songwriter Sho Madjozi, recently announced the release of her children’s book, Shoma and the Stars.

As the V&A Waterfront continues to support local creatives through Joy from Africa to the World, we look forward to welcoming this icon of South African creativity to our neighbourhood.

Sho Madjozi will be kicking off her book tour at the V&A Waterfront on 18 December. Buy your copy in advance and bring it along. She will be doing a reading at the Centre Court (outside of H&M) at 12:00pm, thereafter she will be at Exclusive Books for a meet and greet and signing from 12:30pm.
