Enjoy a weekend burger night!
Why not make burgers with Breco’s Battered Crispy Fish Portions?
You need:
• 2 Breco’s Battered Crispy Fish Portions
• 2 burger buns, lightly toasted
• 2 slices of cheddar cheese
• Pickle slices
• ½ cup coleslaw
• 1 tbsp mayonnaise or tartar sauce
• Lettuce leaves (optional)
How to make it:
1. Cook Breco’s Battered Crispy Fish Portions according to the packet instructions until golden and crunchy.
2. Lightly toast the burger buns.
3. Spread mayonnaise or tartar sauce on the bottom bun.
4. Add lettuce, then place a fish portion on top.
5. Layer with a slice of cheese, pickle slices, and a spoonful of coleslaw.
6. Top with the other bun and serve immediately.
These burgers can be served with salad, oven-baked chips, or veggies – whatever you like!
