Steenberg's Thermal Indulgence Experience offers exclusive use of the outdoor Thermal Suite for up to six guests, available May to August.

The suite is open to nature and weather, designed for guests to move at their own pace between the sauna, the Nordic ice bucket shower and the heated vitality pool, with the garden lounge as a space to rest between rounds. The sauna's heat soothes muscles and improves circulation, while the Nordic ice bucket shower sharpens the senses and lifts energy, a contrast that forms the core of the experience.

Included in the hour is one bottle of Steenberg MCC, a charcuterie board for two, and flavoured waters throughout.

Following the 2019 vintage's recognition as Best Overall Cap Classique at the 2025 Amorim Cap Classique Challenge, Lady R continues its legacy as Steenberg's most considered expression of traditional method sparkling wine.

Crafted under the guidance of Cellarmaster Elunda Basson, every stage, from fruit selection to the final blend, is approached with unwavering attention to detail, allowing each vintage to express its own distinctive character.

Catharina Ras was one of the first women to own a working farm in the Cape in 1682. Today, the women across Steenberg are the winemakers shaping each vintage, the chefs leading the kitchens at Tryn, and the hospitality, spa and garden teams caring for our guests and this beautiful setting every day.

The women who visit Steenberg shape our story too, choosing to celebrate, to rest, and to gather with the people they love.
