A new addition has been included to the Frozen Sols menu with some of the meals having a gluten, lactose and/or wheat free option. Organic meat and ingredients are widely used in Frozen Sols recipies to enhance your experience with us. You place an order of your favorite meals along with a drop off point. I will confirm, cook and courier your order to you. The meals are prepared weekly to ensure the ultimate freshness and longevity in your freezer. If frozen correctly and thoughtfully most food can be stored at peak quality for atleast a month. So at Frozen Sols I strive for freezer excellence and give you frozen food at its best quality
