Not a product on my menu, neither am I trying to sell it but for any Tabasco sauce lovers this is for you. Why do we allow ourselves to be ripped off by supermarkets and other food outlets. Is it because we are lazy or just don't realise how easy and cheap it is to make at home. I tried it and have realised how I and many others are being overcharged for such a simple recipe. Red jalapeno peppers, vinegar, salt a blender and about 10 minutes of your life and you will have one of the most popular sauces in your fridge at a fraction of the price. How many other mass produced products are available that are just as easy to make at home?
